Why can't I send or receive emails?

If you're having trouble with email, check the following:

  1. Check Email Deliverability: Go to: Email → Email Deliverability to identify any DNS issues.
  2. Verify Email Settings: Ensure that your email client is using the correct SMTP and IMAP/POP3 settings provided by cPanel.
  3. Check Mailbox Quota: Go to: Email → Email Accounts and verify that your email address has not exceeded its storage quota.
  4. Confirm Server Status: Contact your hosting provider if email services are down.

???? Tip: Port 25 is often blocked by ISPs. Use port 465 (SSL) or 587 (TLS) for outgoing emails.
