Support Response Time

As I'm sure you no doubt understand, the number of Annual Care and general support requests has risen significantly over the past week. This has raised our support response time as we attempt to keep up with the increased demand. Please bear with us as we work through each request as quickly as possible. You've no doubt come to appreciate our fast response time; however, we ask for your patience during this unusual situation.


Currently, requests are being completed within 12-24 hours of the time they were received. We ask that you kindly plan your website updates accordingly.


Annual Care Overages

As we continue to adapt to the evolving crisis, we've seen remote work become the norm, and online channels become increasingly essential to helping us all stay informed, remain connected, and conduct business that might have been done in person just a few weeks ago. We don’t want you worried about the extra costs associated with this ever-evolving situation. So today, we're announcing that now through April 31st, no hourly overages for Annual Care Subscribers.
